About Randall

Attorney Martin-Franks is a Northampton County native.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010.  After graduation, Attorney Martin-Franks served as an officer in the United States Navy stationed at Naval Air Station Pensacola.

Attorney Martin-Franks received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the North Carolina Central University Turner School of Law in 2017.

After practicing in Halifax County and Northampton County for nine years, Attorney Martin-Franks has transitioned to a role as Title Counsel for Attorneys Title Insurance Company in Raleigh, North Carolina.
